The Monarfloor Acoustic Cradle is manufactured to reduce sound transmission through concrete and timber floors. Typically where the subfloor is uneven, cambered or where there is a void for service lines. The Monarfloor Acoustic cradle is made up of two components, the cradle, which helps to eliminate sound transmission and holds the timber battens. The second component is cradle packers which are used to level the battens at each cradle. Cradles are usually set at 450mm to 600mm centres on the sub-floor and allow the timber floor to meet sound transmission regulations part E.
