We’ve got some exciting news to share about the future of Galaxy Insulation & Dry Lining and Hush Acoustics. As we continue to grow, we’re making changes to our leadership team that will help us stay focused, move faster, and deliver even more for our customers.
Sanjay Gorasia has been appointed as our new Managing Director of Galaxy Insulation & Dry Lining. Many of you will know the huge impact Sanjay has had since joining us in 2019 – from leading our Southern branch expansion to building strong, lasting commercial relationships. In his new role, he’ll be bringing even more focus to our operations, working closely with our teams, suppliers, customers, and helping drive the service and reliability our customers count on.
Sanjay will also head up our new Management Board – a group of senior leaders from every region and specialist area of the business. By combining and applying their knowledge and experience, the Board will guide strategic commercial decisions, identify opportunities, act quickly, maintain high service standards, and steer the business into the future.
Meanwhile, Tracy Shepherd, who has been our Group MD since 2017, is stepping into the role of Group CEO. Tracy will be focusing on the big picture - looking for those “bigger wins” that will take our whole group forward, supporting innovation, and keeping our employee-ownership culture strong. Ensuring Galaxy and Hush remain trusted partners for the construction industry.
